Mostly Millie is a typical teenage girl, she enjoys spending time with her friends, being lazy and sometimes her moral compass is lousy. She’s friendly albeit shy when she’s first introduced to people; though generally she’s a kind girl who loves nothing more than having fun and lazing around with her guitar strumming little melodies she’s made up in her chill time or playing herfavourite songs. She’s a very creative soul Millie adores the arts, anything ranging from plays to musicals to poetry – her latest interest being slam poetry. Witha distinct admiration from anything from the romantic period of the English 19th century Millie loves the works of Keats and Wordsworth. Though she’s always been quite bubbly and her highly spirited nature tends to shine throughwhenever she’s with her friends.
While she’s always been a romantic soul Millie is a girl with her feet placed firmly on the ground and it isn’t often she has her head in the clouds or finds herself lost in a daydream, mostly it’s the polar opposite. She loves rational thought and under her bubbly exterior lays quite an opinionated young lady witha strong set of opinions and a fierce enough will to stick to them and defend them. She’s sassy, quick witted and while she tries not to care what people think ofher like most people Millie is guilty of taking things to heart. She’s quite a self-consciousyoung woman, having never felt good enough for her mother and her step father Millie has an underlying issue with inadequacy, which in turn fuels her initial shy nature.
Stubborn to boot she doesn’t give up on anything she believes in, though she’s generally not a reckless person – usually she tends to think a situation through– she’s very guilty of jumping head first into something (without thinking) if the situation calls for it. She’s also the teensiest bit judgemental, though if you’re able to prove her wrong she’s quick to warm up to you. Sadly Millie’s always been a bit of a grudge holder and if you do something to really up set her she will never forget it, it damages her trust in the person and even if the wrong is righted she’ll constantly second guess whether or not she’ll be hurt again, thus making her begin to resent the person and the situation all over again.
As a typical demi god, Millie has ADHD which gives her the quick reflexes she needs for battle. Her brain is also hardwired for ancient Greek leaving herDyslexic to written English. As a child of Apollo Millie has a natural affinitywith music and art, light and of course healing.
Biokinesis – The ability to modify and alter anatomy. Biokinesis allows theuser to control life at a cellular level. Including but certainly not limited to generic alterations physical distortions and controlling biologicalfunctions . Users can cause cells and manipulate them to heal or induceinjuries cure diseases or create them by damaging cells, some users of Biokinesis can manipulate pheromones and increase physiological maturity.
Millie is quite the talented healer, and while she’s never healed anything greater than a broken wrist or a superficial stab wound (from a violent game of Capture the flag) she can do so without causing great strain to herself. However she doesn’t push herself and thanks to her own self conscious worries and lack of belief in herself her powers are limited.
Therefore if she was to attempt a bigger injury it is more than likely that she would strain herself to the point of danger or her powers would backfire upon herself. She has the capability to become an accomplished user of biokinesis if she’s able to bring herself out of her rut.

John Rivers - step father
Maxine Louis was a young music student, studying at a college she’d worked her butt off to get into, everything went downhill for the young woman when she met a strange man (who wouldn’t stop speaking in Haiku’s) at a bar. The two got talking about their shared love for music and eventually began to see each other; their relationship lasted three months until Maxine fell pregnant. Her lover split and it wasn’t until nine months later when Millie was born that she saw him again.
Millie grew up in a very poor household; Maxine dropped out of college and agot a job at the local library, introducing the young child to literature froma young age. Millie adored going to work with her mother fondly rememberssitting quietly behind the desk looking at the picture books (she found it farto challenging to read, the letters were all squiggly and gave her headaches). Maxine remarried and though Millie was happy for her mother she never truly got along with her step father, the man constantly treated Millie like she was stupid and her mother did nothing to stop it.
Things went from bad to worse when on a family trip to New York Millie and herstep father were attacked by strange creatures. Millie was terrified and felt so helpless, if it hadn’t been for her mother’s quick thinking she would have surely died that day. After that and under pressure from her new husband Maxine decided to leave Millie at Camp Halfblood after she explained to the young girl just what she was and how special that made her. Saying a tearful goodbye at the camp boundaries Millie began her training and her new life at the camp.
