Dislikes
Being told what he can and can't do, boredom, failing, not getting a reaction, most rules society thought up, monsters (with the possible exception of hellhounds... those are pretty cool), anyone who calls him Mr. Munroe (does he look 40-something going through a midlife crisis?!), prudes, brooding twats who excuse their continued twat-ness by a crappy past (gods, get a talk show appearance, or get over yourselves already), morning breath, people with no sense of humor, sustaining serious injuries, the smell of hospitals, hangovers, slow traffic, dull routines, fast food that tastes like fried rubber, open mouthed chewing, snakes that aren't George and Martha, not being allowed to help organize school dances since 'the Chippendales incident' (so worth it though), public toilets, gay men who act effeminate, the concept of monogamy

Fatal Flaw
1. One day, one of the people he screws with will stab him. He's sure there's a word for his lack of desire to stop messing with people somewhere in the dictionary, but he's not looking it up.
Dealing with Damian, the first lesson you learn is that the boy has a silver tongue – whether he's using it to win you over, make things go his way, gather information, lie without batting an eyelash, plant the seeds of insecurity in your mind, or to verbally destroy you; he has a way with words that's just as piercing as any of his arrows even without the added bonus of his charmspeak ability. Whether he's at camp or back at home in the unforgiving spotlight, he's always been the child that easily charmed your pants off from the moment he could walk and talk. Social skills gifted from his mother have unfailingly aided him in intuitively gaining favor wherever he went if he so chose, without putting much effort into it at all. Perhaps a tad too effectively. At times the attention he received was very much unwanted, though if questioned about such nonsense he would cheekily reply no attention is ever unwanted and casually wave it off with conviction that leaves little room for doubt.
If you're friends with Damian there is never a dull moment in your existence. He adds a spark to life, a passion rarely found in individuals that don't belong to the exclusive party comprised of Aphrodite's very favorites. He never fails to make a day more interesting, or turn a solemn situation into an occasion of joy.
Perhaps his talent to make you immensely enjoy yourself is one of the reasons his flings usually give in. As much as girls and boys alike claim to want the good guy, there is something undeniably attractive about the risk and energy of indulging the sinful one.
However, charming as he can be there is a dark side to any coin, no matter how shiny in appearance. Those who cross him, those he dislikes, minds, or discreetly outright hates know that better than anyone because usually, they're on the wrong side of his manipulative ways and sometimes cruel sense of humor. Finding oneself on that wrong side is rarely as amusing for the target as it is for him, worse if Gods forbid he's bored to boot. As easily as he can dazzle he can very well demolish a person's social life, humiliate them through a 'harmless bit of fun', latch on to their insecurities and attack these chinks in their metaphorical armor. He feels absolutely no shame about messing with people; on the contrary, he finds it empowering and exciting like most would adrenaline sports or gambling – his father set a wonderful example to his demigod progeny in this regard. Generally, it's considered better to keep on his good side in order to suffer minimum damage.
Unlike most giggly children of Aprodite, Damian is impressively clever. He may not have a positive relationship with school work – thank you, dyslexia, you've been so helpful; fortunately audiobooks quench his secret thirst for a good novel – but he understands logic and strategy with perfect clarity. Combined with his natural Aphrodite allure he could, if he wanted to, slip into any role necessary to benefit his side, which makes him a potentially excellent asset for both diplomatic negotiations or deception requiring plans his fellow campers wish to implement. He is, first and foremost a very good actor. Just take a long hard look at how none of the dirty laundry he actually wants to keep hidden has gotten out yet – a state of affairs he's determined to maintain that way.
Determination he certainly has in spades. When he resolves to accomplish something he'll pursue his goal relentlessly. It doesn't matter if it's gaining the attention of a romantic interest (using the term loosely), if it's a personal goal significant for his future, or a mere trifle like obtaining passing grades despite his annoying learning disability. He's not one to budge an inch to any obstacle standing in his path, using whatever methods he deems most effective to achieve his ends.
At the end of the day you can really think anything you want about him; negative or positive, black, white, or shades of grey. You can hate him, admire him, loathe him, love him – whatever floats your canoe. The only thing you can't deny is that he's caught your attention in some form. We all know that would be a transparent lie.
