Fatal Flaw (fears.min.1)
1. Cyric has a few fears. He greatly fears his step-father. And he also fears talking in front of large groups, as he has a slight stutter.
On the outside, Cyric looks to be a very happy young teenager. Seemingly without a care in the world, he's always goofing off and putting off his responsibilities when he's at camp. That is only for one reason; he is away from home. Cyric has a major fear of his step-father. His step-father isn't too big on the idea of him being gay & well to be blunt, abuses the poor kid. Cyric is not that very social as well, when he was younger he had a major stuttering problem. Over the years, and with some help, his stutter has basically disappeared (unless if he is nervous). He would rather help somebody than focus on his own problems.
Powers
Just like other children of love deities, Cyric has Amokinesis. Meaning he can control the desire of love, lust or desire. It's not something he can fully control though, nor is it something he has practiced. It's like wearing an invisible bracelet that only other people can see really. Coerced Confession is something he got from his father Eros. Meaning if he focuses hard enough, he can get somebody to admit their feelings for another person. He has only done it a handful of times as it gives him a horrible headache afterwards. Cyric knows a little bit of French, it comes easier to him than regular English. Since French is the language of love, it would make sense for him to at least know & understand some of it.

Cyric was born to Maxine Sanders. She worked in at a very nice make up store such as Sephora, giving people make overs, helping them out, etc etc. One day she met Eros and she soon fell head over heels for him, wonder why. While she was pregnant with Cyric she soon met her husband and confessed to him that she was with child. He accepted this and helped raised Cyric along with Maxine.
Cyric had a normal childhood. His family wasn't always attacked by monsters. They only had a few attacks when he got older, nothing major though. As a little kid, he grew a lot of little girl's attentions for his looks. though he was never really interested in them. Sure they were fun to play with, but that was it.
As he grew older, it began to make more sense to the son of Eros. Cyric found guys attractive. When he had told his mother this, she was fine with it. Saying that he was still her baby no matter what. His step-father on the other hand, didn't care for it one little bit. His father began beating him, attempting to make him straight.
When he was thirteen, a monster attacked his family. While on the run to what he assumed was the police station, his family drove him to as far as they could to Camp Half-Blood. While driving they explained who his real father was and that he was a demigod. Of course he assumed his family was crazy & that it was some crazy prank or something.
Upon actually reaching camp was when he fully believed it & let everything sink in, where he was then claimed by his father Eros. He has only been at camp for a few years and he loves it.
